Shipping:
World Tea House is not responsible for any goods damaged by shipping or customs. If you order online and wish to have the package picked up or delivered (within Halifax Regional Municipality) please email (info@worldteahouse.ca) and we will send you an invoice with the shipping charges corrected.
US orders: please email us your order, the web store is set for shipping costs to Canada only. We can ship to the US, it is however more complicated due to US customs.
Returns:
Opened packages of tea will not be accepted as returns. Returns are shipped at buyers expense. Sample or promotional products are not subject to returns. Used teawares are not subject for return.
Refunds:
Refunds will be given only if product is not available at time of purchase. Customers are advised to email (info@worldteahouse.ca) or call toll free 1-877-422-8323 before placing any orders online to ensure product is in stock or to get delivery time estimations.
